Market-Leading client in the midst of a huge period of change and transformation are looking to bolster their Application Support team with a skilled Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist/SME, bringing a strong blend of technical experience. You will have demonstrable expertise supporting M365 and SharePoint environments, including MS Teams and Exchange and will have previously been involved in the adoption and deployment of SharePoint in a previous role.

The main activities within this assignment will be to assist with M365/SharePoint Support and Administration to ensure the business delivers and adopts a robust platform, which can be maintained and supported going forward. You will be further tasked with developing and creating new SharePoint pages / sites within the SharePoint Online environment, as well as deploying and managing SharePoint components across multiple environments including Development, Test and Production.

Key Skills / Experience

  • Microsoft 365 Support & Administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams)
  • Deployment and management experience
  • Migrations, Setup and Administration
  • Authentication experience
  • PowerShell Scripting expertise
  • Estimating project requirements and coordinating with business teams
  • Suggest improvements for developing the SharePoint Online environment
  • Facilitate the development and adoption of SharePoint Online across the business.
  • Suggest improvements to stabilise the SharePoint Online environment, enhancing performance, security, and user experience
  • Coach existing colleagues.
  • Must be proactive in nature
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills
