Meraki Talent is working on a new exclusive and confidential opportunity for a senior hire and leader in practice in Scotland.

We are currently running a high-level recruitment campaign for a sizeable firm of Chartered Accountants in the Central belt.

The Role

The appointment of this senior hire is a pivotal strategic move aimed at ensuring the company's achievement of its objectives. The role entails a range of critical responsibilities, including:

  • Driving corporate and business development initiatives
  • Overseeing strategic planning and execution
  • Managing operational and financial aspects of the organisation
  • Ensuring robust financial governance

Candidate Profile

We are seeking highly qualified individuals with a background in Audit, Corporate Finance, or Business Advisory gained within a reputable Accountancy Firm, who have subsequently transitioned into leadership positions within industry or still ply their trade in Practice. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Previous experience at a senior level in Practice - Director level or above
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • A background in Audit, Corporate Finance, or Business Advisory - ideally holding a Practicing Certificate
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
