Job Opportunity: Personal Injury RTA Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Solicitor to manage a caseload of primarily Pursuer RTA personal injury claims, alongside some Defender work.

This role includes handling pre-litigation and non-PI RTA matters, as well as preparing and managing litigated cases at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Managing a caseload of RTA Pursuer claims using case management systems

• Handling non-PI RTA matters pre-litigation

• Drafting and running litigated PI and non-PI RTA cases at Sheriff Court level

• Engaging with third parties, medical experts and insurers to progress cases effectively

• Achieving performance targets while maintaining high-quality client service

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Scottish RTA personal injury protocols

• Ability to assess cases strategically for early litigation

• Commercial awareness in advising on settlements and litigation risks

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
