Position: Remortgage Administrator (Legal)

Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 per annum

Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid Working)

This award-winning firm, based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, services the full property industry and deal with a full range of conveyancing transactions, offering extensive customer support.

Adding to an already established team, your duties will include:

  • Dealing with varying levels of transactions
  • Offer support from instruction through to completion
  • Creating cases on an inhouse systems
  • Logging all applications
  • Handling confidential information, compliance checks etc
  • Statement requirements and chasing statement
  • Dealing with any issues as they arise to ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
  • Speaking with customers via email and phone as and when required.

Attitude is just as important as skills and experience for this role. You will have:

  • Experience gained in a remortgage or mortgage processing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, able to focus on a busy workload
  • The ability to put the customer experience at the heart of everything.

This role is a permanent role, hybrid working is available. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
