Contract Details:
- Duration: 12 months
- Location: Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)
- Day Rate: £425/day PAYE

About the Role:As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with two agile squads that are early in their journey of adopting Agile practices. You will leverage your skills to:
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor and guide teams in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and new requests.
- Implement a robust reporting framework for both team members and management.
- Drive team productivity, foster collaboration, and embed continuous improvement principles.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Service Delivery Manager in a similar organisation.

- Familiarity with software development teams/projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with virtual or distributed teams.
