- Manage the administration and operational efficiency of the Safety & Risk team.
- Oversee the incident reporting system, vehicle claims administration, and asset trackers.
- Support and lead internal and external audits, including ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001.
- Develop and maintain management system documentation and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and risk standards, including managing the non-conformance process.
- Collaborate on the team’s industry award submissions and internal risk reporting.
- Line manage and develop a team of Safety & Risk administrators.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to support the smooth delivery of the team’s objectives.
- Experienced Senior Administrator
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, listening, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage audits and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QMS tools.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering objectives to a high standard.
- Lead Auditor qualification for ISO systems (e.g., ISO 14001, 9001, 45001).
- Experience within the Plant, Hire, or Construction industries.
- Project management experience.
