People Solutions are looking for a Transport Administration Supervisor for our client based in Glasgow.
This is a temporary position with a 3-6 month contract.
You will be working Monday to Friday but may involve some weekend working.

Day to Day Duties
- Ensures relevant information relating to transport legislation is available in a timely manner and highlighted at the appropriate level
- Monitor vehicle maintenance detail to ensure adherence to legal compliance ie scheduling, MOTs and servicing
- Co-ordinate and support repair and maintenance requirements for Transport Fleet operations in line with legal compliance and regulation
- Collate and present necessary Transport information to the Planning Team via the Management Information System
- Use a variety of systems to produce and maintain accurate Transport information
- Liaise with external functions i.e. Agencies and Suppliers to achieve Transport objectives and operation plan
Essential Skills
- Must be computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Flexible as may need to do some weekend working
Desirable Experience
Previous experience working within a fast-paced driving environment is preferred but not essential.
