Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of water hygiene services for NHS contracts, ensuring high standards of compliance, safety, and quality.
  • Oversee the scheduling, training, and performance management of water hygiene technicians.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure all systems meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor water quality and oversee the implementation of water safety plans.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including NHS representatives, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of work completed.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in water hygiene, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working on large contracts, ideally within the healthcare sector (NHS experience is a plus).
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Desirable:

  • Any relevant certifications or qualifications within water hygiene (e.g., Legionella Control, HSG274).
