What is the role?

Join our premium brand,Charles Church, and help deliver spacious, high-spec homes in sought-after locations.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, youll be the face of our stunning new developments, guiding potential buyers through every stage of their home-buying journey. From the first hello to handing over the keys, youll create an exceptional experience for every customer.

Please note that the working pattern for this position is Thursday Monday.

The role will include:

  • Engage with prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our range of new homes
  • Conduct viewings, both in person and virtually, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of our developments
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final handover, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for buyers
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our properties, pricing, and incentives to help customers make informed decisions
  • Work closely with the marketing and development teams to keep up to date with the latest property launches and offers

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in property sales, ideally in new homes or real estate
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work weekends, as this is when we meet many of our potential buyers
  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own car is required
