Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a HR Operations Manager to join our Financial Services clients team based out of its Scotland offices on a permanent basis in a new role created out of continued growth. As the HR Operations Manager in this organisation you will lead a team of four, whilst working effectively with the HR Business partnering team to provide employees with a sound HR service.
As the HR Operations Manager in this growing organisation you will be responsible for;
- Manage the migration and transfer of employee data
- Oversee the operational design and delivery of cyclical HR processes
- Ensure that documentation issued by the team is accurate and timely
- Support the team and any developmental needs and opportunities for individual growth
- Collecting and presenting accurate data from various systems to identify and eliminate risk
To be considered for the role, candidates will need to demonstrate the following;
- Previous experience within a HR Operations or data focused HR leadership role
- Confident with handling large amounts of data
- Experience of working with Mergers and or Acquisitions
- The ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- A solutions focused mindset
- High levelstakeh9older management skills and the ability to work with change
