Position Overview:
As a Trainee Labour Manager, you will learn to oversee the recruitment process for skilled labor within the construction sector. You will work closely with experienced team members, clients, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be trained to identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, build relationships with clients, conduct interviews and assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. You will also collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance skills and contribute to recruitment strategies.

What We Offer:
We provide a competitive salary ranging from £20,000 to £25,000, depending on experience, along with a generous commission scheme and divisional incentives. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Benefits include a company pension scheme, private health insurance, a smart casual dress code, a generous holiday allowance (25 days, increasing with service), a paid day off for your birthday, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
