We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR System Project Lead to manage the successful delivery of our Human Capital Management (HCM) project. This role involves aligning HR & OD requirements with HCM, working with a diverse team to ensure current and future needs are effectively communicated and captured in the design and build process.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR activities within the multi-workstream programme, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy. Develop and monitor project plans, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with the Payroll Project Lead HCM to foster teamwork and flexibility, ensuring strong corporate performance and accountability.
  • Act as the key interface supporting the HR & OD Manager and leadership teams, ensuring a regular flow of key information and insights.
  • Design and develop processes and solutions, ensuring systems are utilised to their maximum potential.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices, oversee the employee lifecycle, and manage reporting requirements.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
