Client Services Associate (Digital Assets)

FPSG seek an experienced transactions Associate with a can-do attitude. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic boutique environment where your breadth of skills will transverse Prime Brokerage, Digital Assets and FX. Your engagement with a diverse global client base can range from transaction support, risk management to best of breed client services. The role can allow travel, career development and both technology & business learning in the rapidly evolving Digital Brokerage arena.
In the Associate role your responsibilities will include:
- Settling and documenting daily transactions.
- Coordinating the identification and management of operational risks.
- Supporting and troubleshooting technology solutions.
- Contributing to client-facing presentations.
- Coordinating clients' day-to-day requirements.
- Contributing to technology and operational improvement
- Championing future product development
To be a successful in the Associate role you will have demonstrable skills and experience in:
- Broad derivative knowledge across currencies/FX, commodities, crypto assets, OTC derivatives.
- A background in both Middle Office Trade Support & Client Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work to stringent deadlines.
- Contributing to client-facing presentations
- Working across diverse customer types and geographical locations
- Familiarity with trading and back-office platforms across the settlement lifecycle
- Technology skills to include advanced MS Office, sophisticated Excel
- Familiarity with Finance tech info protocols such as FIX,

Successful individuals must be self-starters, they must have the ability to evolve, to execute with critical reasoning and self-direction of action. Candidates who are used to strict procedures and rely exclusively on others for problem resolution may struggle to adapt.
**Note: with the Hybrid model, living within a managable commute from Glasgoe City centre will be expected
