- Being main point of contact for customers, managing their queries and prompting job updates
- Booking & closing off jobs for engineers
- Raising of reactive & scheduled work orders
- Managing complaints and escalations effectively
- Keep WIP levels appropriate to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist with reporting on jobs logged, completed and outstanding
- Provide general administrative support
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Salary of £23,756 per annum
