- Develop training programs and create help guides.
- Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, Apple devices.
- Technologies: Windows 10/11, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, M365.
- People Skills: Customer-facing, teamwork, problem-solving, quick thinking.
- Desirable Qualifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD101 & MD100).
