Tecnical support Analyst required by my leading client based in Glasgow

You must be client facing and provide a high level of techncial support to internal customers.

Main respoisbilities to provide 1st and 2nd line diagnosis of incidents and service requests and implement solutions. Prompt escalation of incidents to 3rd line support

Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution and update knowledge base with new identified fixes. Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and house-keeping of workstations, printers and peripherals.

Ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of all aspects of the firms IT systems. Install and configure enterprise hardware and software solutions. Maintain network and PC operating system, and support server and client PC software. Assist and encourage the development of other members of the IT Team in terms of technical skills transfer. Support of Microsoft Office 365, Teams telephony systems and associated services.

Hybrid role after an initail period. MUST possess excellent communication skills with UK work eligibility.
