Daily Duties:
- Delivering high-quality first and second-line support to clients, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Handling a variety of client requests via tickets and providing occasional onsite support.
- Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
- Managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations for clients.
- Taking part in a shift-based rota to provide consistent and reliable support.
Tech Stack:
- Active Directory and Office 365.
- Virtualization technologies, including VMware.
- Networking: configuration, maintenance, and administration.
- Disaster recovery tools and processes.
- Server support and hardware troubleshooting.
