The role is for a Project Manager (ITS) within the public sector, with a contract length of 1 year and the possibility of extension.
The position is hybrid based in Glasgow and falls inside IR35 regulations.
The pay rate for this role is up to £499 per day via Umbrella.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in ITS systems management and project management in a transportation environment, along with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Expert knowledge in ITS systems development and traffic signal management is desirable.

Demonstrable experience and expertise relating to ITS systems management.
Demonstrable relevant ITS project management experience in a roads (or transportation) environment.
Demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, developing, and maintaining credible relationships and experience in providing advice and support to a senior level.
Demonstrable experience of contract management and successfully delivering a range of priorities in a complex and challenging environment with a flexible approach to team working.

Desirable:

Expert knowledge relating to ITS systems development and application, including that relating to contemporary / emerging technology solutions, systems architecture, hosting and security.
Experience relating to the management, operation and optimisation of traffic signals.
