IT Service Desk AnalystGlasgow/Hybrid£24,000 - £30,000

Daily Duties:

  • Delivering high-quality first and second-line support to clients, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Handling a variety of client requests via tickets and providing occasional onsite support.
  • Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations for clients.
  • Taking part in a shift-based rota to provide consistent and reliable support.

Tech Stack:

  • Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Virtualization technologies, including VMware.
  • Networking: configuration, maintenance, and administration.
  • Disaster recovery tools and processes.
  • Server support and hardware troubleshooting.
