Business Systems Analyst
Location:Â Glasgow, Scotland

Summary of Role:Â Our client are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the ongoing development of their IFS ERP system. The successful candidate will work with subject matter experts within the business to establish system requirements and develop the required solution. There is also an opportunity to play a significant role in the upgrade to IFS Cloud.
The role requires the candidate to create adequate user guidance notes and deliver IFS training to the relevant departments. IFS is the core business system used, and this role will play a key part in ensuring the business utilizes the most effective systems and processes.
There may be an opportunity to become involved in non-IFS developments such as the use of Power BI and Power Apps within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st line support for IFS functional issues.
- IFS customization testing and validation.
- Maintain IFS user guides and deliver IFS training.
- Assist with the development of IFS functionality changes.
- Write business requirement documentation for proposed system changes.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience with ERP (preferably IFS Apps 9 or 10).
- IFS specific experience in:
- Work Order Management
- Service Contracts
- Customer Agreements
- Mobile Work Order
- Sales Quotation
- Customer Orders
- Inventory Management
- Time Management
- Equipment Objects
- Proficiency in O365 applications – Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Power Platform experience is a bonus (i.e., Power Apps, Power BI & Power Automate).
- Experience in delivering training and producing training documentation.
- Experience in overseeing ERP functionality enhancements.
