Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex business rules and identify any gaps or missing data.
- Validate datasets against business requirements, applying data validation techniques to prevent errors in reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to enhance data accuracy and completeness.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration and issue identification.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of data validation techniques is highly desirable.
