They are always looking to innovate within their IT team and have consistently been providing an upgraded service and pushing change to keep them as a leader in their industry. This is the latest project to be launched within their busy team and as such, is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a truly transformational piece of work. Your new roleAs a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the assessment of the current state within the client's IT team and be an expert in the creation of an end-to-end software solution, beginning with vendor selection through to final Go-Live. You will have an exemplary track record of architecting enterprise level change and be able to showcase your ability to handle both the technical and non-technical requirements, evidenced by your previous work experience to date. You will form an integral part of this transformation project and be able to give an accurate roadmap and picture of what the future of this service will look like, as well as how it will be delivered technically and functionally, engaging at all points with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience architecting enterprise level software delivery is essential
- Track record of successful implementations of organisation wide systems
- Effective stakeholder manager with ability to elicit buy in from key members of the business
- Demonstrable technical experience within software architecture, ideally coming from a development background
- Public sector experience would be advantageous
What you'll get in return
- Day rate £600 - £700 Per day
- 6 Month initial contract
- Hybrid working (City centre office)
