IT Field EngineerGlasgow (Onsite)£24,000 - £34,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Daily Duties:
- Providing onsite and remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Virtualisation.
- Performing onsite client visits to troubleshoot, install, and configure IT solutions.
- Assisting with IT projects, including office moves, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Configuring and maintaining telephony and mobile device management solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 processes and assisting with audits.
- Providing training and guidance to end users on IT best practices.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (client site visits required).
- A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills.
