Responsibilities:


Resolve client queries via telephone and live chat support
Respond to client emails with promptness and clarity
Obtain detailed and accurate statements, logging them onto our database
Send email confirmations to business partners
Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team

Familiarity with database management and Outlook

Technologies:


Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other office applications
Experience with database systems preferred
