Property Claims Handler

Property Claims Handler required to join a very well-respected commercial insurance broker due to growth.

As Property Claims Handler you will deal with a wide range of commercial property claims, and manage the insurance claims journey from start to finish. Insurance claims will typically include losses for buildings fire and flood claims.

You will log new notifications, and update all records accurately on the system. Managing your own caseload, you will monitor the progress of each claim and liaise with Insurers and loss adjusters, resolving and negotiating favourable outcomes.

Previous claims experience with a good understanding of property insurance will be required for this position. Property insurance claims knowledge would also be an advantage. Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to learn new systems and processes as required.
