Are you experienced in complaint handling and ready for a fresh challenge? Huntswood has the perfect role for you! Join our energetic utilities complaints team and use your expertise to resolve customer issues, whether it's about bills, missed appointments, or meter problems.

What We Offer:

  • Contract Duration: 7 months
  • Start Date: February & March 2025
  • Day Rate: 155 (Umbrella only recruitment - we can assist you with this)
  • Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-time in office for training and sign-off, then hybrid working available - 3 days a week in office)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in investigating customer complaints, preferably in the utilities sector.
  • Commitment to work at our Central Glasgow office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in navigating in-house databases.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word.
