Responsibilities:
Resolve client queries via telephone and live chat supportRespond to client emails with promptness and clarityObtain detailed and accurate statements, logging them onto our databaseSend email confirmations to business partnersPerform general administrative duties to support the legal team

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other office applicationsExperience with database systems preferred
