Software Integration Engineer
Hillington – Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 in office)

Be-IT are delighted to be recruiting for their Fintech client on the lookout for a Software Integration Engineer. Â As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions for clients in the electronic trading industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-facing implementation projects, ensuring their success.
- Work on complex, high-volume, real-time systems and application integration projects for financial services clients.
- Design innovative solutions to meet emerging business needs.
- Contribute to best practices evolution.
- Perform custom integration tasks.
- Coordinate with the software development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Software Delivery or Integration Engineering.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Organised, independent thinker who proactively seeks help to maximize efficiency.
- Experience with Linux, Bash, and scripting.
- Familiarity with network technologies, TCP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Extra Brownie Points for:
- Experience with Java and Python (coding or deployment).
- Familiarity with network tap/span/aggregation, Wireshark/tcpdump/BPF.
- Integration experience with Kafka, Keycloak, SSO, WebAuth.
- Experience with Grafana/data visualization.
- Database experience.
- Knowledge of wire protocols.
