The successful candidates will have the opportunity to be a part of a range of planning projects across large-scale residential, commercial, affordable housing, Sustainable developments, mixed-use, and regeneration projects!

The Position as a Town Planner
The position as a Planning Consultant for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. As a Planning Consultant, you will be meaningfully engaged in a diverse range and scale of projects and be an active member in a multi-disciplinary team

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
- Previous relevant experience.
- A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
