Managing complex construction disputes and professional negligence cases
Providing expert advice on insurance matters, including coverage disputes
Drafting legal documents and overseeing litigation/arbitration procedures

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor 2-6 PQE (UK, Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa) with experience in construction disputes and insurance
Strong background in litigation/arbitration
Proven track record managing multi-jurisdictional cases
Excellent communication and drafting skills
