Meraki Talent are delighted to be supporting a leading Investment Bank in Glasgow who are looking to appoint a Corporate Lawyer, due to a period of continued growth. This is an important and strategic role which will require you to provide professional advice and build meaningful relationships with a range of internal core clients. Key duties will involve;
  • Ensuring all transactional services are carried out in relation to set laws and regulations
  • Liaise with internal partners to ensure risk is managed effectively
  • Create, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents, meeting client deadlines
  • Providing a range of support for transactional activities, conducting due diligence when required
  • Ensure you are up to date on latest laws, rules and regulations and these are reflected within latest documentation
