A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its Glasgow team.

The role involves working on private M&A transactions across a variety of sectors and geographies, offering opportunities to contribute to high-profile international projects.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements
• Leading due diligence exercises and managing transaction processes
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide clear, client-focused legal advice
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development activities

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in corporate transactions, particularly private M&A
• Skilled in communication, drafting and negotiation
• A proactive team player with a solution-focused, adaptable mindset
• Keen to develop expertise and deliver excellent outcomes for clients
