Key Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of Private Client matters with a particular focus on executries, ensuring a high level of expertise and client care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing estates of varying sizes and complexities.
• Preparing IHT and Confirmation forms.
• Handling Legal Rights claims and associated calculations.
• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Delivering exceptional service while managing your own caseload.
