Corporate Associate/Senior Associate (4-8 years')

Joining a progressive national law firm where independence and excellence thrive, my client is now seeking a corporate associate/senior associate with circa 4-8 years' PQE to join its dynamic team in Glasgow. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage M&A and equity investment transactions
• Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and support divisional initiatives

As the successful candidate you will be 4-8 years' PQE, have a genuine passion for delivering a first class service to all clients and ideally have experience supervising more juniors’ members of a team.
