Description
- Handle a variety of property law cases, including commercial, residential, and agricultural matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex transactions, providing expert legal counsel.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and advice on ongoing cases.
- Prepare and review property-related legal documents such as deeds, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
- Ensure all case management systems are kept up to date with accurate and timely information.
- Attend client meetings and networking events to build relationships and promote the company's legal services.
Profile
A successful English Real Estate Solicitor should:
- Be qualified as a solicitor in E&W
- Have proven experience handling commercial property property matter, or a seat at NQ level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
