Role Requirements
Experience:
- Scottish qualified solicitor with experience in private client work
- Expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning and executry matters
- Previous exposure to handling complex client matters, including those with business and land interests
Skills:
- STEP membership or willingness to pursue the qualification (funded by the firm)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Commercial awareness and ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
