Description
- Provide expert advice on Wills, tax and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and complex executry matters.
- Manage your own caseload, while collaborating closely with Partners and working as part of a larger team.
- Contribute to the division's success and support firm-wide marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities to promote and expand the firm's services.
- Deliver internal technical training as needed.
Profile
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
- 5+ Years PQE in private client matters.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage complex cases independently.
- A thorough understanding of legal principles and practices.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
