Role Requirements
Experience:
- Handling high-value and complex professional indemnity claims
- Advising on case strategy, policy response and claim resolution
- Preparing comprehensive reports and managing insurer/insured relationships
- Conducting ADR, mediation, adjudications and preparing for court proceedings
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage critical deadlines and compliance with service level agreements
