Process Improvement Lead - Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) - Glasgow Hybrid

I am looking for a passionate Process Improvement Lead to drive efficiency and change for our client in Glasgow. If you have a strong operational background, experience with Six Sigma (Green Belt), and excel in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, this role is for you.You'll be joining a growing Process Improvement team, taking on key projects, manage large stakeholder groups, and implement practical, user-focused process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring these align with business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Strong operational background with experience in process-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence large stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience of leading successful change initiatives and process optimisations.
