Quality ManagerGlasgow£33,000 - £36,000 plus car allowanceMy client are an award winning charity supporting people and promoting them to live their best lives possible. Working alongside the management team, you will implement forward thinking strategies to ensure the successful delivery of high quality care services, allowing people to live as independently as possible. This is a regional position with the expectations of travel.Responsibilities* Travel regionally to support staff in the operational functions of the services including quality improvement, audits and training to ensure service delivery excellence using SMART goals* Coaching staff to ensure performance is maximised and promoting and supporting continuous development* Work closely with the senior operational team * Implement and monitor strategies, supporting with remedial action plans where needed * Identify trends to create improvement plans ensuring high quality standards across the region* Adhere to regulatory processes e.g. safeguarding, data protection, health and safetyRequirements* Previous experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector is preferred* Professional qualification relevant to health and social care* Experience in auditing and quality inspections* Familiarity with SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards* Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with external stakeholders* Strong communication skills
