Job Title: Legal Business Co-ordinator - Private Client TeamLocation: GlasgowContract Duration: Permanent________________________________________About the Role:I am currently recruiting for a Legal Business Coordinator/Secretary Assistant to join an established professional services within the Private Client department. With expertise in Wills, Trusts, and Executries, you will support multiple fee earners (up to 7) while coordinating workflows and ensuring smooth operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, delivering high-quality administrative support and exceptional client service.

Previous private client experience would be greatly beneficial in this role.

This role will be mainly based on site, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

It is also available on a full time or part time (4 days) basis.

Client and Case Management:* Open and manage legal files, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.* Accurately enter and update client records using various computer systems.* Handle client queries, take messages, and assist with new instructions or referrals.

Specialised Tasks:* Prepare fee notes and manage debt processes.* Register Powers of Attorney and handle the lodgment and uplift of wills and documents.* Complete required forms and maintain precise data records.________________________________________What We're Looking For:Qualifications:* Highers or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.

Skills and Experience:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems.* Pleasant telephone manner and efficiency in taking and relaying messages.* Previous experience in a private client team.
