About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary within the commercial property team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and the successful delivery of legal services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


This role is based fully on site - Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
* Document Management: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
* Client Liaison: Communicate directly with clients, manage diaries, and arrange meetings to ensure a seamless experience
* Case Management: Assist with preparing, organising, and managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing filing and archiving tasks
* Administrative Support: Handle essential office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, photocopying, scanning, billing, and invoicing

What We're Looking For:


Essential Skills and Experience:


* Prior experience in a legal secretarial role (any practice area)
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering first-class client service
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and SharePoint


Preferred Skills:


* Experience with datarooms, online portals, or digital dictation.
