About the Role:As a Legal Secretary within the commercial property team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and the successful delivery of legal services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:* Document Management: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence* Client Liaison: Communicate directly with clients, manage diaries, and arrange meetings to ensure a seamless experience* Case Management: Assist with preparing, organising, and managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing filing and archiving tasks* Administrative Support: Handle essential office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, photocopying, scanning, billing, and invoicing________________________________________What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Prior experience in a legal secretarial role (any practice area)* Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with exceptional attention to detail* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering first-class client service* Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and SharePoint

Preferred Skills:
