I am looking for an experienced Legal secretary who is available to cover a maternity leave until May 2026. This opportunity is to support the wider Personal Injury team with a well known legal firm based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a part time role for 21 hours per week, 3 days per week with one working day being on a Monday and other days can be discussed and agreed.

My client are also happy to offer a hybrid working model with one day per week being office based.

You will ideally have experience of working within Personal Injury previously, however we are open to meet and discuss the requirement with experienced legal secretaries from other disciplines.

The start date will depend on the candidates availability, however we are open to speak to candidates with notice ad those available immediately. The FTE salary is 28,000 and my client is also offering an attractive 1000 bonus payable at the end of the contract.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Typing daily correspondence and preparing documents for partners & Solicitors
  • Completion of varied documentation and correspondence for fee earners
  • Assisting fee earners with all administration tasks ad and when required
  • Supporting with the preparation of powerpoint presentations
  • Diary management
  • Making arrangements for for meetings i.e. organise papers, produce itinerary, directions, background/profile information
  • Organise travel as and when required
  • Set up webinars & book training courses for the team
