One of Scotland's premier law firms is determined to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.

More about the day to day:

  • The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
  • Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
  • You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files
  • Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity, and empathy
  • Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents
  • Taking statements from witnesses 
  • Investigating claims 
  • Reviewing medical records

 Have you got what it takes?

  • Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?
  • Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
  • Have you carried out first-hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
  • Previous experience working within personal injury is required
