MONDAY - FRIDAY ROTATING SHIFT PATTERN:

06.00 - 14.00/14.00 - 22.00/22.00 - 06.00

£12.60 - £15.75 PER HOUR 

People Solutions are looking for a Transport Administration Supervisor for our client based in Cambuslang.

Day to Day Duties

  • Ensures relevant information relating to transport legislation is available in a timely manner and highlighted at the appropriate level
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance detail to ensure adherence to legal compliance, i.e. scheduling, MOTs and servicing
  • Co-ordinate and support repair and maintenance requirements for transport fleet operations in line with legal compliance and regulation
  • Collate and present necessary transport information to the Planning Team via the Management Information System
  • Use a variety of systems to produce and maintain accurate transport information
  • Liaise with external functions i.e. agencies and suppliers to achieve Transport objectives and operation plan

Essential Skills

  • Must be computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Flexible as may need to do some weekend working
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working within a transport or fast-paced driving environment is preferred but not essential
