What you will do:
- Minimise downtime by responding promptly to breakdowns.
- Fault finding on a wide range of automated equipment.
- Carry out identified improvements and modifications.
- Be a part of implementing and supporting planned preventative maintenance schemes.
- Complete maintenance schedules whilst also getting involved in operational improvements.
- Ensuring you communicate with the relevant departments on breakdown and maintenance progress.
- Completing all relevant reports and accurately maintain within the engineering CMMS records.
- Monitor the efficiency of equipment and identify problem areas to proactively implement improvements.
- Recording and communicating any adjustments to production equipment.
- Resolve all operational issues on the lines.
- Carry out fault diagnosis and first line repairs where task competent to do so.
