  • Recruitment & Event Support: Partner with the RMA Manager to plan and execute a variety of recruitment events-open days, recruitment fairs,
  • Promotional Resource Development: Contribute to creating engaging online and physical materials with input from the client's specialist team.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinating interviews, managing applications, communicating with prospective applicants, and ensuring smooth database updates.
  • Documentation Management: Assist international applicants with processing essential documentation, from immigration to financial requirements.

  • Exceptional Organisation & Planning Skills: You're proactive, deadline-driven, and excel under pressure.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Abilities: With excellent verbal and written skills, you'll effectively engage with various stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, with experience in reporting, recruitment tracking, and data analysis.
