About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the glue that binds our teams together, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of operations and an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the team leader, you will demonstrate a proactive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

People:

Welcome new colleagues, guide them on workflow, systems, health and safety procedures, and introduce them to the team.

Encourage team members to keep their calendars up to date to ensure accurate information is passed to clients and external parties.

Arrange travel, accommodation, meetings, and events, including refreshments where appropriate.

Onboard, train, and mentor new project coordinators.

Projects:

Maintain a thorough understanding of project data and team contacts, ensuring the database is up to date.

Manage project information, including setting up records and preparing workflow documents.

Prepare documents with a high degree of graphic design integrity using relevant software and templates.

Support the submission of statutory applications and ensure related information is correctly filed.

Assist colleagues with administrative functions such as typing, printing, and binding.

Communications:

Champion brand guidelines and liaise with the communications team to ensure consistency across all documents.

Support the communications team with project collateral, CVs, and proposals.
