The Role
As a Field Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving performance across our field network. You'll manage, motivate, and develop a team of field-based professionals to deliver outstanding results in line with business and client service level agreements (SLAs). This includes ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, and process optimization. This is a hands-on role, requiring occasional visits to clients' sites to maintain a deep understanding of field operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of field-based staff, driving performance to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage your team to ensure excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, accompanied visits, and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic projects and process improvements.
- Monitor operational data, analyse performance metrics, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional service delivery.
- Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and company standards.
